The Coeur d’Alene Rotary Foundation

What Is The Coeur d’Alene Rotary Endowment Foundation?

Established in October 2008, the Endowment Foundation provides a tax-deductible vehicle to support local and international projects of the Rotary Club of Coeur d’Alene. The Foundation receives and invests funds from outright gifts and from Club fund-raising efforts.

Over the years, the Rotary Club of Coeur d’Alene has significantly contributed to a number of important civic projects, including the Coeur d’Alene Public Library, Rotary Band Shell, the Salvation Army Kroc Center, Fallen Heroes Plaza, and McEuen Park’s Rotary Harbor House.  Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been awarded in scholarships, grants to non-profit organizations, and funding for international projects supported by Rotary.

The Endowment is currently managed and invested through funds held at Innovia Foundation and the Idaho Community Foundation.  As of June 30, 2021, the endowment fund exceeded $540,000.  Investment earnings are generating additional funds for grants and scholarships on an annual basis.
